Last updated: October 8, 2026

Overview

AI Pilot Post connects to Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest so you can publish and measure posts from your product catalog. This page explains how to remove those connections, delete data we store from connected platforms, or delete your full AI Pilot Post account.

For general privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.

Option 1: Disconnect platforms only

Use this if you want to keep your AI Pilot Post account but stop sharing connected platform data with us.

  1. Sign in to the app at https://app.aipilotpost.com.
  2. Open Account Settings.
  3. Under Connected accounts, click Disconnect for Facebook and Instagram, and/or Pinterest.

When you disconnect, we delete from our systems:

  • Facebook Page and Instagram account connection tokens
  • Page ID, Instagram user ID, and connected account names
  • Pinterest board connection tokens, board ID, and board name
  • Any temporary OAuth session data used during connect

Your AI Pilot Post account, product catalog, generated posts, and schedule history remain unless you also request full account deletion below.

Option 2: Remove the app from your Facebook account

You can also remove AI Pilot Post from the list of apps connected to your Facebook profile:

  1. Open Facebook Settings → Apps and websites .
  2. Find AI Pilot Post in Active or Removed apps.
  3. Remove the app and, if prompted, request deletion of data associated with the app.

After removal on Facebook, also disconnect in Account Settings (Option 1) so we delete stored tokens on our side. If you request deletion through Facebook, email us at support@aipilotpost.com from your account email so we can confirm removal.

Option 3: Delete your full AI Pilot Post account
