1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Pilot Post website
and application (the “Service”), operated by Husnain Shabbir. By creating an account or
using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use
the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to
bind that business to these Terms.
2. The Service
AI Pilot Post helps product sellers build a catalog, generate AI-assisted captions, images,
and short product clips, review content per platform, and schedule or publish to connected
social accounts (including Facebook and Instagram feed posts and Reels, and Pinterest Pins,
when you attach media). Features, platforms, and quotas may change over time. Publishing
requires a valid connection to those platforms and compliance with their rules.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your login credentials confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us promptly of unauthorized access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or
remain inactive for an extended period.
4. Plans, quotas, and payments
The Service may include free and paid plans with monthly allowances for AI image and clip
generation (shared credits), text generation, scheduled posts, or other usage limits.
Short clip generation and AI image editing may be limited to paid plans. Plan details shown
in the app or on our pricing page apply to your subscription.
- Paid plans renew according to the billing cycle you select until canceled.

Fees are charged through our payment provider and are generally non-refundable except
where required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.
- Unused monthly quotas typically do not roll over unless we state otherwise.
- We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice for future billing
periods.
5. Your content
“Your Content” means product data, images, captions, brand assets, model photos, short
clips, and other materials you upload or create in the Service. You retain ownership of
Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit,
display, and otherwise use Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service
(including AI generation and publishing you request).
You represent that you have all rights needed to use Your Content and to grant this
license, and that Your Content does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.
6. AI-generated output
Captions, images, short video clips, and other outputs generated by the Service are
probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your brand. You are
solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before publishing. We do
not guarantee that generated content will be unique, error-free, or free of third-party
claims.
7. Connected platforms
When you connect third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, or Pinterest), you
authorize us to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Your use of those
platforms remains subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for platform
outages, API changes, account restrictions, or content removal by third parties.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Upload content that is infringing, defamatory, or violates privacy or publicity rights
- Attempt to bypass quotas, security controls, or access restrictions
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service except where permitted by law
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties as a managed agency product unless we
agree in writing
- Use the Service to generate spam or prohibited advertising
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us
or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to
you. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as needed
to use it as intended.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by
law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness
for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be
uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that results will meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Pilot Post and its operators will not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost
profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the
Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the
amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose (or, if you
are on a free plan, fifty US dollars).
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including
reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your
publications to third-party platforms, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or
terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions
that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and
indemnity) will survive termination.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page
and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes
acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where the Service operator (
Husnain Shabbir) is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in
that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes, except where mandatory consumer
protections require otherwise.
